Job Title: Warehouse & Parts Assistant

Location: Dandenong South, VIC

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + superannuation (above award rates)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role:

Join the friendly team at International Mowers, Dandenong South, as a Warehouse & Parts Assistant in our busy agricultural equipment facility. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with parts management, including container unloading, inventory control, order despatch, and customer service via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock and inventory including local and overseas indent orders
Administer parts inventory and operator manuals for sold machines
Load merchandise onto delivery trucks using appropriate equipment
Receive, tag, label and store merchandise by model, location and type
Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
Process warranty claims for damaged or defective items
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts
Maintain accurate records in inventory and logistics software
Process invoices and manage payments
Pack and unpack shipping containers
Some deliveries and drop offs/collections

Essential Requirements:

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Strong physical fitness for manual handling
Computer literacy with ability to learn new systems
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Highly Regarded:

Current Forklift Licence (LF class)
Agricultural or machinery industry experience
Experience with Unleashed inventory software
2 years warehouse experience

Physical Requirements:

This role involves regular heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in warehouse conditions.
